Creative Journaling & Meditation Group
March 26 – April 30, Saturdays @ 2pm. Come together to explore creative journaling prompts and practice mindful meditation in a group setting. Journaling is a great way to relieve stress, regulate emotions, and maintain a sense of self through difficult times. Sign up to attend and receive a journal to use.
