PA Navigate is a free website managed by the state’s Health Information Exchanges that can help identify local community based organizations (CBOs) offering free or low-cost services to address housing & food insecurity, unemployment, transportation, utilities, medical access/affordability, childcare and more.

LOCAL & PITTSBURGH WIDE:
- UPMC Living-at-Home Program: The Living-at-Home Program provides care coordination for ongoing in-home care for older adults. The program makes referrals for a range of services, to help older adults live independently.
- Friendly Caller Program (Free): Individuals interested in receiving calls or learning more about the Friendly Caller program can contact the AAA Senior Line at 412.350.5460.
- Senior Centers Pittsburgh Wide: If you are 60 years of age or older you are welcome to participate in a variety of social and educational experiences at any Senior Community Center in Allegheny County.
- Senior Food Box Program Applications: You may qualify for a free monthly box of food through the Food Bank’s Senior Box Program.
