The Carnegie Free Library is seeking a Youth Services Librarian to plan and implement programs and services for youth (birth through high school) and their families, on site and across the community.
This is an exciting time for the library, patrons, and staff, as our long-awaited renovation starts this spring or summer.
Successful candidate will have an affinity for and experience with children, teens and families; appreciation for a wide variety of activities and responsibilities in any day; flexibility, patience, and humor; and ability to work well with teams and independently.
Salary $20 per hour/29 hours per week. MLIS or MLS preferred, BA and experience will be considered.
